Shikoku's largest brewer, Tosatsuru, is located in Yasuda-cho, Aki-gun, in the eastern part of Kochi prefecture, where you can see Cape Muroto from a distance. The abundant and high-quality water pumped from Tosatsuru's sake brewing well belongs to the mild hard water, which is said to be the most delicious, and the moderately contained minerals promote healthy and strong fermentation.
