Founded in the 10th year of the Meiji era. Currently, the 5th generation owner also serves as Mr. Mori and is working hard to brew ginjo sake. Fumikato thoroughly manages the mash even with a small amount of 1000 kg or less, and in order to enjoy the deliciousness of the freshly squeezed mash, after squeezing the mash in a traditional sake tank (Sakafune), it is put in a bottle once. After that, it is rapidly cooled and stored in an ice-temperature freezer. With the motto "Take time and effort until squeezing, and do not touch after squeezing", we aim to create a fresh and refreshing sake that you will never get tired of drinking.
