We have been engaged in sake brewing for four generations since our establishment in 1897 in the Kubokawa area of ​​Shimanto Town, which is located upstream of the clear stream Shimanto River, which is ideal for sake brewing. The Kubogawa area is located in a basin 210 meters above sea level, and it is a land for sake brewing that gets cold in winter. Sake Momotarou is brewed in this area of ​​Sanshi Suimei. With quality as our motto, we will continue to make further efforts to improve technology and equipment.
